I'm tired of these sites. I'm taking several months off from them. It was spurred by a pointless situation with a Russian girl (born in the US) which ended with her sending me bizarre emails about "not harboring any ill will" but that she "wasn't what I was looking for" whatever the fuck that's supposed to mean. It became increasingly clear she hadn't planned on it going anywhere from the beginning. The whole thing was stupid, meaningless, and aggravating.

I spent the following weekend getting drunk and dancing with porn stars. It was way more fulfilling. I'm just going to party now. I'm fed up.

I've heard that no one registers for OKcupid for the dating, anyway, it's for the quizzes.

I wouldn't mind dating again at this point but I'd really like to be friends for a while first and not jump into something right away, that's why I have my status as "looking for friends." I'm sure lots of girls feel the same, Daoist.

I'd also like to not date an STer because it's far too tempting to read their posts once you know their username. Also, Ames is an inbred dating pool and I know half of the people on OKcupid and it's kind of creepy to see them describe themselves.
