Even if it's not public...I like the idea and am behind it 100%.

Could it somehow be made retroactive?

Not if it involves SDK changes, which I'm guessing it does.

Glad they've released all their online killer apps already then, huh?

Is there a unified thread for Wii friend codes (including games and all)?

I'm back online for the forseeable future (as of the minute I get home). Here's all my codes:
Mario Kart Wii: 3995-7026-8296
Brawl Code: 3437-2785-5569
GH3: 017294766092
Wii #: 2219 4953 6495 5685

PM me with your numbers if you add (or if my name is still grayed out). It might be better to make a single thread where each person lists all their Wii/DS codes in a single post, and rather than repost everytime they get a new online game they just edit their previous posting. Perhaps the mod can go through and clear out all the random BS in this thread.

Oh shit, I should probably be removed from this list since I sold my Wii some 6 months ago.
I swear, if I see that fucking cat one more time...

I'm a little late to the party, but here's my system's friend code:

It's a shame friend codes are worthless.

So I got bored last week and decided to register all my games and systems on nintendo's website. It was enough to get a game and watch on the DS and a mushroom tote. A few days later they sent me an email saying I was eligible for a gold or platinum bonus. Checked it out and I'm getting a pin set. Pretty awesome for a freebie, maybe not as cool as the statue, but better than the other giveaways.

I check my Wii number through this step.....
Turn your Wii console on
-Go to the "Wii message board" option located on the lower right hand corner of the Wii menu screen
-Go to the "Create message" option on the lower left hand corner of the screen
-There will be a icon that says "Address book", go to that option
-Once in the "Address book" option you should see a page with two arrow cursors on each side. Click on the left arrow cursor
-You should see page that says "This console's Wii number" and at the bottom your Wii number.

Share your Wii number with friends!
